Retail OEM & ODM, made to your label
Two ways to work with us: send a finished spec and we build it under your brand (OEM), or come with a retail price point and a market and we develop the chair around it (ODM). Both run on the same audited lines in Anji.
OEM — your spec, our line
If you already know the chair, OEM is the direct path. You send drawings, a golden sample or a detailed spec; we match the frame, motion, fabric and finish, confirm it on a sample, then produce under your brand. This is usually the fastest route because we are matching a known target, not inventing one.
ODM — your price, our development
ODM suits buyers who know their channel and landed cost but not the exact product. We bring our own frames, rocker mechanisms, moulds and fabric library and develop a chair to hit your number. The trade-off is time — development and a sampling round add weeks — and for small runs it often is not worth it. We will say so up front.

No step is skipped — least of all the sample and the audit. A signed-off unit and a passed audit are the cheapest insurance a retail programme can buy.
Target & feasibility
You send a sample, a competitor unit, or a landed-cost target. We tell you honestly which platform hits it — and where the trade-offs sit.
Sample & sign-off
We build a physical sample to confirm fit, fabric, motion and finish. Nothing tools until you have approved a unit in hand.
Audit & compliance
We host your factory audit and bench-test to BIFMA / EN, arranging the third-party reports your destination market needs.
Production & shipping
We run the programme, pack for the cube and the ocean leg, and ship FCL with your label, barcodes and carton artwork.
